Advantages

Ultra-flexible and lightweight, SPIRABEL SKADIFLEX® is highly manœuvrable and well-suited to dynamic applications.
It remains flexible even in extremely cold environments (down to -40°C) and is perfect for uses requiring maximum flexibility at low temperatu
Durable, it features excellent abrasion resistance thanks to its reinforced external spiral.
Its smooth inner wall ensures minimal pressure loss.

Fittings

Symmetrical couplings such as Guillemin or Storz, camlock, or universal couplings – secured with single-wire clamps.
Crimping and band clamps are not recommended as they do not ensure a perfect seal and may risk breaking the spiral through crushing.
Before assembly, ensure the fitting is not sharp or damaging to the inner tube (particularly in cases of poorly deburred or sharp-edged couplings).

WARNING

For transfer of oil we recommend the use of SPIRABEL® MDSO.
Spiral hoses in general have an elongation under pressure that can be important when temperature is above 40°C. This has to be considered before installation. We remain at your disposal for any question on this issue.
