TRICOFLEX unveils its Gender Equality Index score for 2023, underlining the continuity of our commitment to equity.
With a solid score of 87/100, we are consolidating the progress we have made over the years, demonstrating our perseverance in building an equitable working environment.
The Gender Equality Index aims to promote a culture of fairness within companies by assessing parity according to four key criteria:
- The gender pay gap, assessed on 40 points.
- The difference in the rate of individual pay rises, scored out of 20 points.
- The percentage of female employees who received an increase after maternity leave, scored out of 15 points.
- The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners, for 10 points.
This progress underlines our ongoing commitment to equality and reinforces our determination to create an inclusive working environment.
